Meet Our Staff

Jan has been in the insurance business since 1981 and joined M&M Insurance in 1997.  She is licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life, Accident and Health. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2006.  Jan specializes in selling and servicing personal lines products.

Elizabeth has worked at M&M Insurance since 2006. She has held various positions at the agency and is currently the Office Manager.

Darla began her insurance career in 1983 and joined the M&M Insurance family in 2003.  A licensed Property and Casualty agent as well as Life, Accident and Health, she earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2002.  Darla specializes in selling and servicing commercial lines products.

Terri started with M&M Insurance in 2005 and brought with her over 25 years of experience in the industry.  Terri holds a Property and Casualty license and in 1992 earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.  She is a customer service representative specializing in selling and servicing commercial lines products.

Amy started her insurance career in 1991 while attending college and working for her parents’ insurance agency, Susan McConnell & Associates.  In 2001, she purchased a local Erie Insurance Agency and formed M&M Insurance Group.  Amy is licensed in Life, Accident and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance. She is a Certified Broker for the Federally-facilitated Individual Marketplace (FFM) and the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP). Amy is also certified to sell senior products.  She is the President of M&M Insurance Group and Vice President of Susan McConnell & Associates.  Amy specializes in assisting Business Owners with their Health Insurance & Employee Benefits needs.

Don started his insurance career in 1972 as an agent with Nationwide Insurance Companies.  As a Nationwide agent he offered Auto, Homeowners, Life, Health, Group and Commercial Insurances.

In 1986 he joined a large independent insurance agency where he specialized in Commercial Insurances for various businesses.

In 1991 Susan McConnell & Associates was founded when Don along with his wife Susan established their own independent insurance agency specializing in Life, Health, Group and Commercial Insurance. The agency later merged with M&M Insurance Group, an insurance agency formed in 2001 by his daughter Amy from an acquisition of a local Erie Insurance Agency.

He along with his wife Susan and daughter Amy are the Principals of Susan McConnell & Associates and M&M Insurance Group.

Don specializes in assisting Business Owners with their Commercial Insurance needs.

Susan began her insurance career in 1975 as a CSR for personal and commercial insurance. In 1991 she founded Susan McConnell and Associates. Susan is licensed in Life, Accident and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance. She is a Certified Broker for the Federally-facilitated Individual Marketplace (FFM) and the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP). Susan is also certified to sell senior products. She specializes in Life, Health and Group insurance.

Molly is our insurance retriever and one of our most well liked employees.  She was born on February 14, 2012 and began working for M&M Insurance a few months later as the company office greeter.  Molly is a proud graduate of obedience school and applies the skills she learned to help with her performance at work.  She is loved by all!

Marc started with M&M Insurance in 2018, but is not new in the insurance business. He is licensed in Life, Accident, Health, and Property and Casualty. Marc specializes in reviewing coverages and ensuring clients are sufficiently protected.

Angela started her career with M&M Insurance in 2002. She is licensed in Life, Accident and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2004. Angela is a customer service representative for group health benefits and specializes in individual health and Medicare products.
